- Duration of the presentation is max. 10 min.
- Please provide your PowerPoint slides in 16:9 ratio.
- Send it at least 2 days in advance (31st August at the latest) to info@etrs2026.eu. They will check the slides on readability and any technical issues (e.g. images/videos). There will be no speaker room at the meeting location.
- Please print all posters in A0 size and in portrait orientation.
- All posters should be placed at the dedicated posterboards before lunch of Wednesday 2nd September.
- Please note that the poster number is different to your abstract number and will be provided to you via e-mail.
- You will present your poster during the poster sessions scheduled on Wednesday 2nd September and Thursday 3rd September.
